sorry - bit late to this, but wanted to add 'Blogger Outreach' as another dubious phrase to add to yours/Ian's list. Seems like a common on amongst media relations firms - just drives me nuts. 'Outreach?' File under 'another activity that won't get done' : )

A Devil's Dictionary for Social Media:

Social Media Site - anything produced since 2005
Security - something only fuddy-duddy IT managers from like err.. 1990 care about.
Privacy - no entry exists on this topic.
Increases User Engagement - you can download a screensaver.
Integrated Social Media - uses the 'Share This' plug-in
Traction - you have to click through ten effing pages to do anything and get a hundred effing emails a day from the site.
Engagement - a lie.
Sharing - annoying all your friends.
Transparency - white lies and saying sorry all the time.
Measurement - some really big numbers that I found on Google.
Widget - see "traction" and then add "security".
