Profile: I’m most interested in how social media and other developments online affect the way people live their lives. I worked in the music industry for six years before joining immediate future, and saw firsthand how new platforms and ideas fundamentally changed the way people consume a medium that is often integral to how they define themselves. I’ve been at IF since 2008 and encourage my clients to take these bold new steps where other companies don’t dare to tread. They might have silly names (Twinterview), might involve difficult questions (a Q&A with militant eco Guardian readers) but fortune favours the brave, and the rewards always trounce the reservations. Who’d have thought when Twitter launched it could be used as successful retail channel? It works though.
